Siemens PDSP 1884 green 8 digit LED display with drivers, new old stock. Each display has an array of LED dies making up a matrix of eight 5x7 characters. The displays have internal drivers, as well as individual wire-bonded dies for each pixel of each digit. The internal display driver accepts TTL level 8 bit ASCII data, and also allows for the creation of custom characters. Datasheets for this part are readily available on the Internet. |
