Hewlett Packard 4 digit yellow ceramic LED display, used condition, tested and working. These were originally intended for military telecommunications systems and are rugged to an extreme degree, the cases are ceramic and glass with gold traces and pins. The displays have internal shift registers and drivers, as well as individual wire-bonded dies for each pixel of each digit. The displays have solder on the pins but the pins look to be full length and there are no chips or flaws in the glass that I can see. Datasheets are readily available on the Internet, the datasheet for the HDSP 2010 will work with this part.
