Hybrid chip intended for use in a medical implant, most likely a pacemaker, as salvaged. These are hybrid chips of a very high construction quality that you would expect from something designed to be implanted in the human body; all of the components have gold leads and even the solder appears to be some sort of gold-based compound. This chip is untested and unlikely to still work; they would serve better in the buyer's electronic oddities collection than inside their chest cavity!. |
