4 digit Monsanto MAN-3 LED module, tested and working. The Monsanto MAN-3A is widely considered by the Internet to be the first surface mount LED display. This module appears to originally have been made for a 'drivers' style LED wristwatch like the Synchronar, and has small holes in the back where it would be connected to the rest of the watch. MAN-3A displays are pretty hard to find and this module would be perfect for repairing a LED watch or building your own watch; the center digits have even been flipped to provide a proper colon indicator.
