These are extremely small axial red LED's in a clear epoxy package with gold leads. These are about 2mm in diameter, note the green spot of paint on one lead, which indicates the cathode. We have no idea who the manufacturer is for this LED, but they are consistent in package style and internal construction to a Monsanto or General Instrument MV50.
