Soviet ALS317B red bargraph LED, new old stock, clean condition. This tiny display contains 5 bar shaped LED dies and can be stacked end-to-end to create bargraphs of any length. Though this device is packaged in what appears to be a six pin DIP package it should be noted that the dimensions are much smaller than a standard DIP... the epoxy package is 5mm by 5mm and the leads are 7mm long.
